How to Use Chicken Gizzard Lining

Usage: Boil with water, 3-10g; or take as a powder, 1.5-3g each time. The powdered form is more effective than the boiled decoction.

Preparation:
1. Rinse and dry the chicken gizzard lining.
2. For roasted form, dry fry with hot sand until it puffs up.
3. For vinegar form, dry fry as above, then spray with vinegar and dry again.
