Usage and Dosage of Jingfang Baidu San
Ingredients: Jing Jie (Schizonepeta), Fang Feng (Siler), Fu Ling (Poria), Du Huo (Angelica Pubescens), Chai Hu (Bupleurum) β 10 grams each. Qian Hu (Peucedanum), Chuan Xiong (Sichuan Lovage Rhizome), Zhi Ke (Bitter Orange Peel), Qiang Huo (Notopterygium), Jie Geng (Platycodon Root), Bo He (Mint) β 6 grams each. Gan Cao (Licorice Root) β 3 grams.
Directions: Combine all the herbs with 300 ml of water. Decoct until the liquid reduces to 240 ml. Drink warm.
