Bòyún Tuìyì Wan: Efficacy and Benefits

Efficacy: This formula works to dispel external wind-heat, clear away opacities, and brighten vision. It's designed to bring balance and clarity to your eyes, addressing the underlying patterns that contribute to visual discomfort. PMID: 33946399

Indications: Bòyún Tuìyì Wan is typically used for external eye conditions, such as visual obstructions (like mild opacities or "floaters"), blurry vision, subtle eye pain, and excessive tearing. In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), these symptoms are often associated with a pattern described as "wind-heat disturbing the upper body," which essentially means inflammation and irritation affecting the eyes. Herbal remedies in TCM are often selected for their ability to address these specific patterns, offering a holistic approach to eye health. PMID: 25553648

30-Second Self-Rescue: Then, immediately try a brief eye exercise by looking away from your screen every 20 minutes for 20 seconds at something 20 feet away (the 20-20-20 rule), and gently massage the area around your eyes.
