This formula is specifically designed for conditions caused by weakened midsection warmth, disrupted liver-spleen harmony, and insufficient nutrient transformation. It promotes vitality, harmonizes the abdomen, and alleviates pain associated with cold-induced deficiency.

Composition (Dosage)

  • Gui Zhi (Cinnamon Twig) - 9g
  • Gan Cao (Licorice Root) - 6g
  • Da Zao (Jujube) - 6 pcs
  • Shao Yao (Peony Root) - 18g
  • Sheng Jiang (Fresh Ginger) - 9g
  • Jiao Yi (Maltose) - 30g

Preparation and Usage

For traditional preparation, simmer these ingredients in water to produce a decoction (approximately 3 cups). Add maltose and gently heat to dissolve. Divide the resulting liquid into three equal servings and drink warm throughout the day.
