Preparation: Combine all ingredients with 600mL of water. Simmer until the liquid reduces substantially. Add a small amount of high-quality vinegar before consuming. Boil briefly and serve warm.

Customizations Based on Symptoms

  • For feelings of discomfort: Remove Atractylodes.
  • For weak energy: Reduce Sparganium and Curcuma to 3g each.
  • For diarrhea: Replace Anemarrhena with White Peony Root and increase Atractylodes to 12g.
