- 15g Polygonum Multiflorum (He Shou Wu)
- 15g Astragalus Root (Huangqi, root tips removed)
- 15g Honey-Fried Licorice Root (Gancao)
Directions: Grind the herbs into coarse pieces. Use 12g of the mixture per serving. Add 220ml of water and 5 slices of fresh ginger. Simmer until the liquid reduces to 180ml. Strain the herbs and drink warm. It can be taken at any time of the day.
