Preparation: Use 9–15g per dose, boil 150ml of water with the ingredients until reduced to 100ml. Strain and drink warm. If symptoms persist, prepare and take another dose.

Ingredients: Huangqi (24g), Gancao (18g), Qingpi (12g), Shengma (6g), Chaihu (6g), Danggui Shao (6g), Ze Xie (6g), Ju Pi (3g), Honghua (3g), and Wuweizi (120 pieces).

Use: Boil 400ml of water with the ingredients, reduce to 200ml, strain, and drink warm on an empty stomach.

Formula 2: From "Qi Xiao Liang Fang"

Ingredients: Muxiang (1.8g), Binglang (1.8g), Huanglian (1.8g), Dahuang (4.5g), Huangqin (4.5g), Zhike (3g), Shaoyao (18g), and Danggui (9g).

Use: Boil 300ml of water with the ingredients, reduce to 150ml, strain, and drink warm on an empty stomach.

Formula 3: From "Yi Fang Ji Jie"

Ingredients: Chuanlianzi (12g), Muxiang (9g), Hui Xiang (6g), and Wuzhuyu (3g).

Use: Boil in running water and drink warm.
